Park Meadows Metropolitan District

Tim Bourdelais currently serves as Secretary for the Park Meadows Metro District. He and his wife Yana, along with their three children - sons Rex and Asher, and daughter Genevieve - have been residents of Lone Tree for 12 years. Previously, Tim held the position of Board President for Advocates for Children, a Court Appointed Special Advocates non-profit organization committed to supporting abused children in the Douglas County foster care system.

With 23 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry, Tim is a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). He began his career in 2002 and joined The Staubach Company in 2004. Following JLL's strategic acquisition of The Staubach Company in 2008, Tim seamlessly transitioned to continue serving his corporate clients. Throughout his tenure, he has established a proven track record of collaborating with a diverse portfolio of companies, consistently delivering high-value strategic real estate consulting and innovative solutions on both local and national scales. Tim's extensive knowledge and client-centric approach have positioned him as a trusted advisor in the dynamic field of corporate real estate.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, pursuing his passion for scuba diving, golf and occasionally indulging in the art of fly fishing.
