Steve Parry
Treasurer
Steve Parry has been a resident of Colorado and the Denver Metro area for over 25 years. One of the reasons for choosing Lone Tree for his family was the impressive visual appearance of streets and medians and such that are demonstrated by quality landscaping and hardscape that compliment a strong spectrum of impressive housing options, setting Lone Tree in an elite position as one of the premier communities in the Metro area.
Steve has spent his career in the land development and commercial / residential development business. He is the principal of his development and consulting firm, “Real Estate Development Solutions, LLC.” As such, he understands and appreciates the critical relationship of the quality physical appearance of a community to successful businesses and residential homes that ultimately translate into strong and sustaining real estate valuations. This environmental formula results in a wonderful place to work, recreate, and ultimately to call home.
